A gathering place for Hungarian families across generations, and a range of beautiful facilities for anyone in Melbourne who wants to host something special.
For almost fifty years, this five acre site has been a home away from home for Hungarian families across Melbourne. It started with raffles, working bees and a lot of determination from the people who built it with their own hands.
Today it's a place for first generation migrants and their great grandchildren alike. Whether you speak fluent Hungarian, a few words your grandmother taught you, or none at all, there's a seat for you at the table.
Check what's included, see the space, and send your enquiry, all from here. No more chasing a phone line to find out if a date's free.

The Centre was built by hand by families who arrived with very little and a lot of resolve. We keep their photos, their stories and their values close, because you can't know where you're going if you don't know where you started.
Every generation since has added its own chapter, and there's still a chapter to write for the ones who come next.
New to the community, or reconnecting after a while away? There's a group here for you, from Saturday morning Hungarian school for the kids, through to folk dancing, sport and social clubs for every age.
If your organisation would like a home here too, whether that's a choir, a church group or a cultural association, we'd love to hear from you.
